Program Instructions:
1. Real Estate Agents:
- Ensure that the seller has completed and signed the Seller Agreement.
- Forward the Seller Agreement to the Loan Officer.
2. Loan Officer:
§ Complete the Request Form on behalf of your borrower(s).
§ Ensure that the seller has completed and signed the Seller Agreement.
§ Fax the completed Request Form and the signed Seller Agreement to The Gift Program at 435.615.0478.
§ Upon receipt and approval of the above two documents a Buyer Agreement will be sent to you to be signed by the buyer(s). (Buyer Agreement needs to be signed before funds will be sent)
§ Upon approval, we will fax the Closing Office Instructions.
3. Closing Office:
- Upon receipt of the Closing Office Agreement and/or Settlement Statement/HUD’s & wire instructions we will wire the gift funds to the closing office.
- After we have wired grant funds, we will send a confirmation and our wire instruction to the closing office.
All documentation is required before funds will be released.
(Required documentation: Seller Agreement signed by seller, Buyer Agreement by buyer, and Title/Closing Office Agreement signed by authorized person.)
To assure a timely closing, we recommend you submit the “Request Form” at least 72 hours prior to closing so that we may send out and receive back all required documentation before funds are needed for closing, as we can not release funds until all documentation is signed and received in our office.
